+50 days spent in India, and I am now officially a Microsoft Certified System Engineer.  Honestly though, I dont feel like I know shit.  Fifty days crammed with knowledge of protocols, operating systems, networking concepts...and I can't say with confidence I'm an expert at any of these.  Just too much information...need to find a job fast and apply my beginner knowledge asap...

Too bad the certification I got was for Windows Server 2003...Server 2008 will be coming out real soon.  It looks like if I want to stay with the curve, I'd have to renew my training/certificates every 3-4 years, whenever Microsoft decides to add new OSes.  Prob not necessary though, most companies are still using Microsoft Windows 2000, companies are too cheap to keep upgrading.

On a side note...with the 19th pick in the NBA draft...the Los Angeles Lakers draft Javaris Crittenton.  Not a bad pick in my honest opinion.  Tall, quick point guard who ran the triangle offense in high school.  I'm not so sure about the Chinaman pick though.  Definite bust...

I decided I'm going to start keto again.  For those that remember, it's what I did freshman year when everyone thought I looked kind of sick.  Going to do it anyways, it's the only way I can really go on a cutting cycle and gain lean mass at the same time.  Supplement the diet with 3 days of lifting, 2 days of short HIIT running since my lungs can't handle 45 minutes of sustained cardio, even though I quit smoking.  I think I can say for certain I'm completely done this time though...it's been 4 months, and as much as I've been tempted to smoke in India, I've held my own against the urges.   I completely FEAR taking that one hit...I know I'd get sucked right back in...

OMFG I CAN'T WAIT TO EAT BEEF AGAIN, ALMOST BACK TO THE STATES.

Seven more days to grind out before heading back to the states.  I've been in New Delhi, India the past 50 days, working on my MCSE.  I could've chosen to get my training in the states but decided on Delhi for two reasons...cost, and the experience of it.  After all, how many people get to say they've been to India...man what the fuck was I thinking.

This place stinks...like the Indian restaurant next to mokwha, but everywhere.  And I swear this is the hottest fuckin place on this planet.  It's consistently over 110 degrees, and the humidity is just overwhelming.  The city is run down, filled with beggars and stray dogs, it's quite depressing.  I've also been getting my ass kicked by mosquitos...watch me die from malaria...lol.

Besides studying there's not much to do, so I've been reading a lot of blogs lately...particularly NBA ones.  I've become obsessed actually, checking frequently just to see if there are any updates on my Lakers.  With the draft tomorrow and all the drama that followed their round 1 loss...it's fun as hell just checking up on all the rumors flying around.  It's like WWE entertainment, with Kobe as the ultimate heel in the nba.  With all the whining and the trade demands out in the open, it's been a fun offseason so far with the Lakers.  If this isn't drama/sports entertainment, I don't know what is.  Speaking of WWE...Christ Benoit story is some sad shit.  Drugs are bad, mmk.

Anyhow, reading all those blogs reminded me of how I used to actually post on xanga.  It's been...15 months...since my last update lol.  I'm going to make a genuine effort to post on this more.  Perhaps writing shit out will help me break this apathetic feeling I have towards everything.  And if anything, for those who actually read this shit, maybe provide 2 min entertainment for you while you're slacking off at work.

I'll end this entry with a link to Mike Zambidis HL clip...shit makes me want to learn muy thai so badly.

Thanks everyone who called or messaged or emailed saying Happy Birthday.  I haven't updated this since god knows how long, I'm doing okay in Cali, helping my dad with his coin laundry business and taking a class to get my degree, yea I'm a slacker.

Everyone from Syracuse, miss you all, I regret leaving NY but I know this is where I need to be.  I'm horrible at keeping in touch it seems, but I'll do my best to update this....once every 6 months :P.  Take care.

Again, long time no update.  Tommorow, I leave Syracuse once and for all and move to Cali.  Almost everyone already went through this, reflecting back and such on four years in this hellhole...now it hitsme.  Good memories, but I'm relieved to get the fuck out of here and start anew.  I really wanted to go visit the city and say my last goodbyes to everyone, but it just didn't work out.  I have so many excuses, but none would suffice...in the end it's just me, and I hate goodbyes.

Seems like everyone's doing well, I'll be checking up on the entries just to see what's going on.  Maybe I'll start updating more often as well to keep everyone up to date.  Hope some of you still read this o.O

California tomorrow, Korea July 19th - mid August, come back and settle down in a new house, find a job, etc, taking things one step at a time.  Come visit California, till then, goodbye...forever, haha
